  1. Had a sweet girl text me,she wants to meet but wants me to send her half the airfare.
She had me email her late husbands attorney to explain that she can get his money if I am a legitimate person to possibly have a relationship with.
    I think it’s a scam.

  2. I was scammed out of over $4100 from scammers working with and for mate 1, names like lia lewis, rita danso, valentine, and many more, this company makes billions of dollars every year scamming people and stealing all their hard earned money. they need to be stopped and brought to justice they get away with this because they are based out of Canada, and no authority have the balls to do whats right and arrest them and bring them to justice. mate one is a total lie and is a total scam so beware or you will loose all your money if you believe them.

  3. This man is a scam after weeks of talking on line and the phone. This thing says he’s rich but wants my mom to send him money. Right that’s not going to happen watch out ladies he’s smooth.

  5. I met a man whose profile said he lived in Houston, TX. on Mate1. In my profile I state I only want to date local men so that we can actually meet and date. I do not believe in long term on-line relationships. after a couple of emails I suggested we meet for coffee or lunch. We he answered he completely ignored my suggestion but sent be a very very long email about how he is looking for marraige and a serious relationship. He wrote he was a widower whose wife died in childbirth and he said his parents were killed in a fire. Next he sent me a huge email questionaire for me to answer about my attitudes on marraige, religion, children, work, etc. He next said he hoped I was patient because he was going to Africa on a business trip for 8 weeks but we could continue to email. A red flag went up for me. I wrote him to please be specific about where he lived in Houston.. and what church he attends, etc. but how convienient for him to not be able to be available to meet me
