Garyson Roberts – scammer

Report

I was scammed by a man named Garyson Roberts, he sent me several e mails declaring his love, then asked me for my phone number, texted me and called me several times, progressively with more affection. I found out that he is a scammer and confronted him. He vanished. He claims to live in Fisher island, Florida, is 6’5 tall, mining engineer born in Berlin, raised in Australia, CEO of QMM Quarring and Mining Manufacture, the web page seems fake, after researching the addresses of the alleged properties, these were non existent. The link is https://dating-scam-report.com/qmmgroup.com/index.htm. His grammar was bad and his pronunciation did not resemble the accents of where he claimed to be from. I found out in other blogs that he tried to scam other women asking for money. Please be aware.

  2. I was also contacted by an Erich Garyson on Chemistry on March 12 with a rather well written email. We emailed about three times during the week and each response from him was surprisingly disjointed as if someone else wrote it or they were on drugs or something! He asked for a private email address to write me as he was having difficulty accessing his emails through Chemistry. Since this was appearing to be a scam, I created a separate anonymous email address. We last communicated yesterday and I haven’t heard from him since after I started asking some very pointed questions. Briefly his story was that he lived in Belvedere/Tiburon, was 53 and was self-employed in advertising. He was born in Berlin and raised in Australia and has been divorced for 7 years and has a daughter he only sees on holidays. In my internet search, this same guy apparently has used different variations on the Garyson name.

  3. I too was scammed by Garyson Erich. This is the name he is using now. Same story Born in Berlin, raised in Australia has a 17 year old daughter and is a miner. Claims he lives in San Juan Capistrano, California, 6’3. I had two pictures of him on chemistry.com. His emails, then phone calls and texts got more amorous as time went by. I told a girlfriend about him who searched the internet and found out he was a scammer. I didn’t meet him as it seems he was constantly “traveling” and made it difficult to pin him down. He also stated he owned the mining company he worked for: http://qmmgroup.com/index.htm this domain has been expired. Same thing his accent didn’t match him being from Australia. His grammar was bad and his email messages were inconsistent too as if someone else had written them. He didn’t get to ask me for money as I confronted him on email about his true identity and he vanished.

  4. I was also scammed by Garyson Roberts. All of the above information about him matched what he told me, except that he claimed to live in Burlingame, CA. He also claimed to be the CEO of his own mining company, QMM qmmgroup.com. He claims to be 6’5” tall, born in Germany and raised in Australia. His phone calls, texts and emails were very amorous and he eventually asked for money. He completely made his predicament (he was in South America and was detained because of a customs issue) seem very believable but would the CEO of a company leave himself open to that? He also claimed to have a 16 year old daughter. The IP addresses from his emails said they were coming from the state of Washington – so be aware and wary if you come across him.
